Yes. Every proposed Fiveium reseller plan includes an eligible WHMCS licence while the associated reseller hosting service remains active and paid. The licence is not transferable, cannot be sold separately and remains subject to Fiveium and WHMCS licensing terms.

WHMCS can manage products, orders, invoices, payment reminders, recurring renewals, support tickets and eligible hosting lifecycle actions. When connected to WHM, it can create, suspend, unsuspend or terminate mapped cPanel packages according to your configured automation rules.

WHM is the server-side reseller control panel used to create and manage cPanel accounts and packages. WHMCS is the business automation platform used for orders, billing, client management, support and provisioning workflows. They work together but perform different roles.

Yes. Each provisioned customer account receives its own cPanel login and isolated file, email, database and domain-management space, subject to the package limits you configure in WHM.

Yes. Fiveium reseller hosting is designed for white-label use. You can use your own company name, domain, package names, pricing, WHMCS design, support channels and private nameservers. Some third-party software notices or licence identifiers may still appear where required.

Yes. You can configure branded nameservers such as ns1.yourbrand.com and ns2.yourbrand.com after the required DNS host records and IP assignments are prepared.

The proposed plans support up to 50, 150, 250, 500 or unlimited active cPanel accounts. Final counts and how suspended accounts are counted must follow the production cPanel licence and Fiveium billing configuration.

It means the plan has no fixed advertised active-account ceiling, but it does not mean unlimited server resources. Storage, inodes, CPU, memory, bandwidth fairness, backups, security, account quality and cPanel licensing policies still apply. Fiveium may require capacity review or migration to a larger platform as usage grows.

Yes. WHM lets you create package templates with limits for storage, bandwidth, email, databases, domains and available features. WHMCS products can then be mapped to those packages for automated provisioning.

Yes. Free SSL is proposed for hosted domains through the compatible automatic SSL workflow. SSL encrypts browser traffic, but customers remain responsible for application security, strong passwords and software maintenance.

Yes. Daily backup workflows are proposed, with retention increasing by plan. Backups are a recovery layer rather than a permanent archive, so resellers and customers should maintain independent copies of business-critical data.

Fiveium can assess eligible cPanel-to-cPanel account transfers. The included migration quantity depends on the plan, account sizes, source-host access, compatibility, transfer limits and the condition of the existing accounts.

A full eligible cPanel account transfer can include supported mailbox data, forwarders and settings. Email should be tested carefully, and DNS changes must be coordinated to reduce message-delivery disruption.

You provide customer-facing sales and first-line support under your brand. Fiveium supports you with infrastructure and hosting-platform issues according to the reseller service scope. Fiveium does not automatically become the anonymous help desk for your customers unless a separate service is agreed.

WHMCS supports compatible domain registrar modules. Domain reselling requires a supported registrar account, pricing configuration, available extensions, sufficient funds where required and compliance with the registrar’s terms.

You can use payment gateways or third-party modules that are compatible with your WHMCS version, country, currency and merchant account. You are responsible for gateway approval, module licensing, security, taxes and payment compliance.

No. Reseller hosting provides managed WHM and cPanel account creation within Fiveium’s hosting platform. VPS hosting provides a virtual server with greater isolation and control but usually requires more server administration and separate panel or software licences.

Consider VPS or dedicated infrastructure when you need root access, custom services, isolated server resources, unusual software, very high sustained workloads or more control than the reseller platform permits.

Yes. The proposed product ladder is designed for upgrades as your active client count and pooled resource usage increase. Final upgrade timing may require a capacity and billing review.
